How to get there
Munnar is well connected to the rest of the world. Cochin International airport which is just 120 kilometers away is the closest. Taxi services are also available from the airport to Munnar and usually take around 3-4 hrs. Cochin airport is well-linked to all the major cities in the country and outside India.
ERNAKULAM/ALWAYE and Coimbatore are the nearest railway stations that connect Munnar to all other cities in India. They are at a distance of roughly 130 kms. One can find a taxi on arrival or better still have the transport pre-arranged by the hotel.
