General Room Instructions
SAFETY LOCKER IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR CUPBOARD
- Please place your valuables in it.
- Management will not be responsible for loss of any valuables.
TOWELS AND BATHROBES
- Pool towels are available on pool decks.
- Please do not take towels out from the room.
- Bathrobes are available on request from Housekeeping.
- In case you take the bathrobes to the pool area kindly bring it back to the room.
MISSING ITEMS WOULD BE CHARGED AS BELOW :

Iron and ironing board are available on request
Please do not use Induction plates and heaters in the rooms. IT IS A FIRE HAZARD
Fine of minimum Rs 2,500 applicable for violations
Bathroom lights are sensor operated. Please close the bathroom door after use to automatically turn off the lights.

USAGE OF THE ELECTRIC KETTLE
- Fill water at least up to the minimum mark.
- Turn on the kettle
- When the water boils it will cut off automatically.
- Please note that kettle is only for boiling water.
- Please do not warm tea or milk in it as it would get damaged and any damages would be charged to your bill
- Please do not add tea/coffee powder in to the kettle. It’s only for boiling water.
GENERAL OPERATIONAL INFORMATION (AMENDED)
Certain changes have been made at the hotel due to covid-19 pandemic for your convenience and safety.
The hotel has two restaurants-Food sense (Multi cuisine) and Underground (Grill Specialty) Only Food sense restaurant will be functional for now.
- Timings-Breakfast Buffet-7-30 am-10.30 am, Lunch– 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, Dinner – 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm
- The restaurant will be closed for cleaning and sanitization after breakfast and lunch hours. Room service will be available
The hotel has two heated swimming pools. They are open to guests as given below:-
- Family pool: TEMPORARILY CLOSED
- Adults pool (7.30 am-8.30 pm)
- Spa will not be operational as of now.

MINI BAR – Mini Bar items are available on order from House Keeping
GYM:- Since we are implementing the Social Distancing Practice seriously wherever possible, kindly check with the reception for an exclusive time slot for the use of GYM
HOUSE KEEPING: – Rooms will be cleaned only on the 3rd day of the stay that too on request. The towels and other housekeeping supplies will be provided as per need.
GENERAL COVID-19 RELATED INSTRUCTIONS
- Please wear masks at all public spaces of the hotel for your own safety as well as the safety of the other guests and staff.
- Sanitization stations are available at various points in the hotel. Please sanitize your hands frequently.
- Kindly maintain social distancing.
